Presentation of your gift is of the utmost importance to us. That is why at Unique Kids we offer a free gift wrapping service on all items purchased (excluding very large items). Gifts are wrapped in bright coloured gift paper and finished with an organza ribbon. Some items are gift boxed depending on the size and weight of the item. Please indicate at checkout if this gift wrapping service is required.
Sending a Gift
Let us take all the hard work out of sending a gift. We provide the service of wrapping and sending your gift to a recipient nominated by the purchaser. As well as the free gift wrapping we include a gift card for you to compose a personal message. Please include the delivery address and personal message when completing checkout or when faxing, emailing or phoning your order.
You may wish to create your own gift box through purchasing a number of items from the Unique Kids range. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs and requirements.
At Unique Kids we endeavour to keep all items in stock so we can service your order quickly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you via email or phone and advise you of the next availability or alternative.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Exchanges & Returns
At Unique Kids we are committed to providing stylish products to suit the needs of all children. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email or phone within 5 days of receiving your purchase to receive a return authorisation number. Goods will only be exchanged if returned unopened in the original packaging and unused. Additional delivery charges for the exchange will be charged. Please include a copy of the receipt with the return authorisation number clearly written on the receipt.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable unless faulty.
All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. In the event that an item has a fault please contact us immediately via email or phone so we can arrange a replacement. Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and unopened in the original packaging. The items can be exchanged, refunded or a credit note issued. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
